Our services

Each Notary Stamp is $15 per page, Each page legally can only have 1 stamp.

(Example: 2 pages / 2 stamps = $30)

We consider deals for signings that require multiple stamps.

Travel within a 15 mile radius of Louisville, Colorado is $35, This is to help account for car maintenance and the convenience of traveling to you.

Outside of the 15 mile radius of Louisville is $2 for every mile

(Example: Clients home is 15mi from Louisville + 1 stamp = $50 ($15 Stamp + $35 Travel))

(Example: Client house is 30mi from Louisville + 1 stamp = $60 ($2 for every mile over 25mi))

Online Notary Signings are $25 per stamp per page, Online Signings are much more convenient and cheaper for both parties.

Additional Charges that may occur

If we provide a witness for your signing it will be an additional $25 per witness.

If we print all your paperwork over 10 pages we may charge .50¢ per page after the 10 pages

If we need to ship your paperwork you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping.

Last minute appointment will be and weekends 25$ dollar fee.

Need your documents mailed? We expect you to pay the fees if we need to take it to the mailing company.

Apostille: I provide white glove services, handling all the details of the Apostille including hand delivering the documents to the Secretary of State and ensuring the process is completed as effectively ad efficiently as possible!
